Carbon Capture Legal Programme (CCLP)

The CCLP was set up by the University College London (UCL) in June 2007. It aims to provide a dedicated, up-to-date, open-access and independent resource for the analysis of legal aspects of CCS. The programme covers legal and policy developments in various jurisdictions, with a view to promoting informed discussion and analysis by decision makers in government, industry and the wider community.
